Norfolk Portal

The Norfolk Portal brings together information from the websites of Norfolk County Council and all seven Norfolk district councils, as well as from a growing number of related websites across Norfolk. To access this county-wide information, use the search facility and select the 'All Norfolk' option.

The Norfolk Portal project is run by the Norfolk Connect Partnership - www.norfolkconnect.gov.uk.

The Norfolk Connect Partnership is made up of:

Teresa Coldicott, a member of the Norfolk Connect Partnership project team, explains the aims of the Norfolk Portal:

"Many people aren't always clear who provides their services and the new technology offered by the portal means that they will not have to know in order to find what they are looking for. This should make it much easier for people to unravel their way through the complexities of local government to find the information they need more easily."

The Portal has now been extended to include a joint A-Z. This means you can find content on this site only, or choose to view A-Z links from the other local authorities in Norfolk. Presently only North Norfolk District Council and Broadland District Council are live but over the next few months, all other Norfolk local authorities will have joined up their A-Z's.

To find out more about the Norfolk Connect Partnership, visit the website at www.norfolkconnect.gov.uk or you can find more details about the Norfolk Portal on the Norfolk Connect site.

Organisations which would like to become part of the portal

If you are part of an organisation in Norfolk and might like your website to become part of the Norfolk Portal, please read through the engagement pack on the Norfolk Connect website.
