Services

The four TIC's located at Cromer, Holt, Sheringham and Wells-Next-the-Sea offer the following services. Please contact them if you would like further details or to purchase an item.


  • Accommodation booking service (local and national)
    Staff can advise, make enquiries and book suitable available accommodation in the local area on your behalf. A small booking fee is charged and 10% of your first night's accommodation (non refundable), which is deducted in full from your accommodation bill.

    'Book a bed Ahead' - Staff can book you in to accommodation throughout the country, via the TIC network. This service is available at any location, which has a participating TIC. A small booking fee is charged and 10% of your first night's accommodation (non refundable), which is deducted in full from your accommodation bill.

  • Information on local events, attractions and things to do

  • Radar keys for public conveniences (national scheme)
    Radar keys are available to purchase for £3.50. A valid disabled badge and photographic identification will be required in the form of a driving licence or passport.

  • Weekly car parking tickets
    Weekly tickets are available to purchase for £25.00 for use at North Norfolk District Council car parks.

Ticket bookings for:

  • Cromer Pier Pavilion Theatre
  • National Express
  • Royal Norfolk Show
  • Sealife Centres at Great Yarmouth and Hunstanton
  • Various concerts throughout the year (please contact TIC's for details)


Money saving vouchers can be obtained for:

  • Pleasurewood Hills, Lowestoft
