Apply and pay for the garden waste collection service onlineGarden Waste Online Application form and Payment method Follow the step-by-step instructions to apply and pay for your garden waste bin online. Step 1: Apply Send us your name, address, postcode and telephone number via e-mail to: gardenwaste@north-norfolk.gov.uk Step 2: Your application will be processed After your application has been processed, you will receive confirmation via e-mail from an officer at North Norfolk District Council. This will contain an invoice number and confirm the cost of the bin collection service. You will need the invoice number and amount to pay for your bin in Step 3. Please note - you will experience a delay in receiving your confirmation while your application is being processed (which will be within normal office working hours). Step 3: Make your payment online Use our online payments form to make your payment by debit or credit card via the link below, but first see the notes below to help you complete the payments form:
