Salary up to £16,830 per annum (pay award pending)(subject to job evaluation)

Do you have office experience? Do you enjoy dealing with people?  Do you have welfare benefit knowledge?

Working as part of the Housing and Council tax benefit service the role will either be primarily processing benefit applications and secondary dealing with customer telephone enquires in a fast paced and demanding environment.
 
You will  therefore need to be able to demonstrate:

• Good customer service skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Identify and to recognise errors and irregularity.
• Accurately input system data.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Accurately maintain and interpret personal and financial information.
