Lancaster South District By-election

An election is to be held on Thursday 6 May for the District Council Ward of Lancaster South, following the resignation of Councillor Stephanie Towers.

Councillor Towers represented Lancaster South since May 2007 and was a member of the Audit Committee in 2007/08.

Nominations can be submitted up to 12 noon on Thursday 8 April.

The timetable for the election, including deadlines for electoral registration, nominations for candidates and applications for proxy and postal votes, is available to download below.
