Commenting on a planning applicationAll Planning Applications are listed in the Register of Planning Applications, and site notices are posted on the site. Our weekly lists detail Planning Applications and Appeal information for the previous week. Comments in support of, or objecting to an application, are welcomed, and should usually be made by the latest of the Site Notice Expiry Date or the Press Advert Expiry Date as displayed in the Register of Planning Applications or the site notice for that application. Remember that any expressions of interest, including yours, will be displayed in the Register. Making a Comment

For people and communities who cannot afford to hire a planning consultant, the Royal Town Planning Institute Planning Aid web site provides free, independent and professional advice and support on planning issues. If you have a specific query please contact North Norfolk District Council's Development Control Section.
Complaints are dealt with through the Local Complaints Procedure, or on a matter of procedure you may wish to complain to the Local Ombudsman.
