North Norfolk Urban Housing Capacity Study

for North Norfolk District 2005

North Norfolk District Council prepared a draft Urban Housing Capacity Study in 2004 in order to establish how much additional housing could be accommodated within North Norfolk District's urban areas and, consequently, how much greenfield land outside these areas may be required to meet development needs. This study was updated for 2005 and the revised study is available to download below:
