This document identifies potential sites for housing development in the district (where market housing is permitted), it does not determine whether individual sites should be allocated for housing or granted planning permission, nor does it indicate any preference towards specific sites. Decisions regarding the allocation of land for housing are made in the Core Strategy and Site Specific Proposals Development Plan Documents.
The SHLAA is being updated for 2010. You may have received a request or/and a reminder to complete a form giving details of potential housing sites. An electronic version of the form is available to download and email back to us at planningpolicy@north-norfolk.gov.uk. A map showing the boundary of the site is also required.
