A document has been produced to provide guidance for developers, and those determining planning applications, on the nature of development that is likely to be appropriate within the Coastal Erosion Constraint Area:

The Coastal Erosion Constraint Area is shown on the Local Development Framework Proposals Map. Policies EN11 & EN12 from the Adopted North Norfolk Core Strategy provide further detail on this subject.
