North Norfolk Urban Housing Capacity Study for North Norfolk District 2005
North Norfolk District Council prepared a draft Urban Housing Capacity Study in 2004 in order to establish how much additional housing could be accommodated within North Norfolk District's urban areas and, consequently, how much greenfield land outside these areas may be required to meet development needs.
To test the robustness of the study's approach to assessing capacity, the opinions of relevant interest groups were canvassed.
