LLC1- £25 (£21 electronic)

CON 29 enquiries:

• CON29R- £71 (£58.00 electronic)
• Each additional parcel - £16.50
• Each optional enquiry (except enquiry 22) - £15.00*
• Each enquiry 22  - £26.00

 

 *There will be an additional fee of £22.00 for enquiries 4, 5, 8, & 19 where these are submitted without a CON29R.

Please note that as of 1 November 2011 the fee for each additional written enquiry is £20.00

The total fee for a LLC1 / CON29R search is £96 (£79 electronic*)

* To submit a search electronically, please email a PDF copy of the LLC1/CON29R/CON29O and plan to electronic.search@north-norfolk.gov.uk (any search submitted by email will be returned in the same way.)

*The fee can be sent to us via post/DX or if searches are submitted on a regular basis a monthly invoice can be arranged.

When submitting an official search conveyancers may wish to note we require two copies of a plan showing clearly the extent of the area to be searched.
