Each week a list of new or amended applications including tree works applications received during the week is created.

PLANNING SEARCHES
You can search our register of planning applications to find information on planning applications received since 1974. Images of plans for applications made since August 2005 and images of signed decision notices for applications made since 1993 are available.
For copies of decision notices prior to 1993, please write to the Planning Department at the Council Offices, Holt Road, Cromer, Norfolk NR27 9EN or e-mail your request, including the planning application reference, to planning@north-norfolk.gov.uk
You can also search for County planning applications, NNDC tree works applications and TPOs as well as Enforcement actions, or you can submit a suspected breach of planning.

MAKING A COMMENT - (See the section about halfway down the Search page)
For each new planning application there is a 'consultation' period of 21 days from the latest of the site notice date or the Press advertisement date when you can make a comment online or by email or by writing in.
- -
PLANNING COMMITTEE
Some applications are decided at committee level. Agenda, results and minutes are available on the Planning Committee web pages.
- -
MAJOR PRE_APPLICATIONS CONSULTATION
For 'MAJOR' planning proposals developers are encouraged to prepare a 'pre-application' proposal. Our developer page includes advice about preparing for pre-application consultation and on the current major pre-application proposals page information on the proposals that we have received is made available. Developer supplied contact details are displayed so comments can be made directly to the developer.
