This page groups together web pages which relate to planning applications which the Council has received, as well as information about pre-applications for 'major' developments. Details of planning applications received by the Council can be viewed online or at the Council Offices.
-
WEEKLY LIST
Each week a list of new or amended applications received during the week is created. (The list of applications received are not linked to the planning register.)
- -
PLANNING APPLICATION REGISTER
You can search our register of planning applications to find information on planning applications received since 1974. Images of plans for applications made since August 2005 and images of signed decision notices for applications made since 1999 are available.
For copies of decision notices prior to 1999, please write to the Planning Department at the Council Offices, Holt Road, Cromer, Norfolk NR27 9EN or e-mail your request, including the planning application reference, to planning@north-norfolk.gov.uk

MAKING A COMMENT - (See the section about halfway down the Search page)
For each new application there is a 'consultation' period where you can make a comment. You can make a comment through an online form if the application is still in its consultation period.
- -
PLANNING COMMITTEE
Some applications are decided at committee level. From 2010 there will be one combined planning committee which will replace the east and west area planning committees. Agenda, results and minutes are available on the Planning Committee web pages.

MAJOR PRE_APPLICATIONS CONSULTATION
For 'MAJOR' planning proposals developers are encouraged tp prepare a 'pre-application' proposal. Our developer page includes advice about preparing for pre-application consultation and on the current major pre-application proposals page information on the proposals that we have received is made available. Developer supplied contact details are displayed so comments can be made directly to the developer.
