Objectives
Housing:
- To increase the number of affordable, energy efficient new homes for rent or shared ownership in the District.
- To support the improvement of existing housing particularly with respect to aids and adaptation and energy efficiency.
Neighbourhoods:
- To contribute to the establishment of safe, strong and cohesive neighbourhoods.
Access:
- To improve access to services and information.

- Improve access to services and information including for vulnerable people

- Help to reduce the effects of climate change, including coastal erosion
