Fakenham Councillor resigns
Liberal Democrat Councillor Stephanie Towers has resigned as North Norfolk District Council Member for the Fakenham ward of Lancaster (South) because of other commitments.
A byelection will be held in due course (it may be at the same time as a General Election, if that happens on 6 May). In the meantime anyone in that ward needing to consult a local councillor should contact the other Member for Lancaster (South), Councillor Gloria Lisher.
Name change
Councillor Angie Tillett, the Leader of NNDC’s Conservative Group, was recently married and wishes to be known in future as Councillor Angie Fitch-Tillett.
