Celebrating the successful development of Wyman's Business Estate

at Fakenham, at 3pm on Wednesday 14 May

The development of Wyman's Business Estate, Wyman's Way, Fakenham, is being undertaken by Waverley Properties Limited of Boston Spa in Yorkshire. The 1.67 acres of land involved was serviced by and purchased from North Norfolk District Council and the entire project involves an investment of approximately £2.5m.

Phase 1 of this new development, which is due to be completed in July, comprises a terrace of up to four units, totalling 15,500 sq. ft. and Howdens Joinery has already pre-let one 8,000 sq. ft. unit. The scheme will eventually provide up to 27,000 sq. ft. of light industrial and warehouse space. Other tenants and purchasers are currently being sought, with Roche Chartered Surveyors of Norwich acting as selling and letting agents for Waverley Properties Limited.

The event on 14 May will not only provide an opportunity to see the progress of the project. It will also mark Fakenham's continuing success in attracting inward investment and in providing opportunities for local businesses to develop and expand their operations.
