New Affordable Homes at Great Ryburgh - Find Out More

13 June, 2005

North Norfolk District Council and Wherry Housing Association are holding a consultation event for people who want to find out more about plans for nine new affordable homes at Great Ryburgh.

The event, from 2.30 to 6.30pm on Friday, 17 June, at Great Ryburgh Village Hall, will give local people the chance to find out what is proposed and ask officers from the two organisations about the plans.

The new development, which has not yet been given planning permission, would see a mix of flats and houses on a site at Highfield Close. They would be built, owned and managed by Wherry Housing Association, for rent at affordable rates by people on NNDC's social housing waiting list.

The full plans, showing the site's layout and the design of the buildings, will be available for viewing at the event.

For more information call Nicola Simpson, NNDC's Housing Development Officer, on 01263 516201.
