Twin Bins Roadshow Explains New Rubbish and Recycling Collection

A roadshow to explain new rubbish and recycling collection arrangements is under way around North Norfolk.

The Twin Bins roadshow will be visiting venues across the District over the next month, to give householders information about how the new wheeled bin system will work, and when it will start in different areas.

The roadshow will visit:

  • 25 May (morning) - The Buttlands, Wells-next-the-Sea
  • 25 May (afternoon) - Stearman's Yard, Wells-next-the-Sea
  • 27 May (all day) - Budgens Car Park, Kerridge Way, Holt
  • 1 June (morning) - Layby near bottle banks, Melton Constable
  • 1 June (afternoon) - Car park on Old Post Road, Briston
  • 8 June (morning) - Village Hall, Langham Road, Blakeney
  • 8 June (afternoon) - Village Hall, Wells Road, Walsingham
  • 10 June (all day) - The Green, Aldborough
  • 22 June (10am to 2pm) - Chapel Pit car park, Hickling
  • 23 June (10am to 2pm) - Lathams car park, Potter Heigham

The roadshow's morning sessions (unless otherwise stated) will open at 10am and run until approximately 12.30pm, and afternoon sessions will be from about 1.30pm to 4pm. All the roadshows are open to anyone.

The roadshow began with sessions in Fakenham yesterday (20 May).

A programme for roadshow venues in July and August will be published shortly.
