Happisburgh Ward by-election

Mr Michael Hammond, who was elected as a North Norfolk District Councillor for the Happisburgh Ward in May, has resigned due to pressure of work. Mr Hammond was a member of the Council's Liberal Democrat group.

An election was held on Thursday, 6 November, 2003 and the newly appointed Councillor is Susan STockton of Hill House PH, The Hill, Happisburgh (LIBERAL DEMOCRAT Party).
