THE LITTLE THEATRE IS AVAILABLE TO HIRE
The Little Theatre is centrally located, close to stations and car parks and has level access to the auditorium and Hub.
The Auditorium is available for hire to professional and amateur companies for performance or to businesses and other organisations for meetings and presentations. It provides intimate and comfortable seating for 180 and is equipped with comprehensive lighting, sound and audio visual technology. The Little Theatre has a resident Technical Manager who is available to assist with your technical requirements. The theatre has an electric piano or can source a concert piano if necessary. The communal dressing rooms can accommodate up to 20 performers.
The Hub is available for acoustic performances or meetings of smaller groups.
The Foyer contains an exhibition area and a friendly bar providing pre-show and interval drinks. During other times the bar provides hot and cold drinks and simple snacks. Buffet catering can be arranged to order.
Front of house staff will be provided to welcome and assist your audience, members or guests on the day.
The Box Office is available six days a week to take bookings and sell tickets.
The theatre can promote your event and even help with design and distribution of posters and flyers.

Sheringham Little Theatre is able to offer a range of options for companies, groups and individuals to support the theatre and its work by promoting their interests through the theatre and its publications.
Sponsorship of individual or seasonal events is available and regular advertising in the brochures and programmes offers very good value for money.

ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES
Did you know … you could advertise with the Little Theatre from as little as £40?
The Little Theatre produces three seasonal brochures - Spring, Summer and Autumn. The brochures are full colour throughout and there is a print run of approx 12,000 each season. Over 3000 are distributed via Creative Arts East Round-Up and over 1500 are mailed directly to the theatre's mailing list. They are also distributed to hotels, shops, galleries, tourist information centres, surgeries and post offices, to name just a few, all over the North Norfolk area.
The Theatre also produces programmes for both the Pantomime and the Summer Rep Season. Panto Programmes have a print run of approx 1200 and are on sale at over 40 performances during a three-week run. The Summer Rep Season runs for 10-12 weeks and over 4000 Programmes are printed and for sale throughout the season.
A discount structure is available when booking multiple ads.
The theatre can also prepare your ad for you - all you need to do is supply the copy and any images you would like using and they will do the rest!

Sheringham Little Theatre's display screen advertising rates represent EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY ...
One screen is situated in the Hub Coffee Bar and the other is in the front window, facing out towards the busy High Street. The screens are used to
promote events happening within the theatre and operate on a loop, but are also available for businesses to advertise on. The screen in the Hub is switched on throughout theatre opening hours and the screen in the front window is on 24/7, therefore providing an excellent promotional tool all year round.
Each advert will last 15 seconds and will be part of the continuous loop. A typical advertising loop is around five minutes in duration, so your advert will be shown around 400 times per day over the two screens throughout the year!

Why not let our professional box office team sell tickets for your event?
Sheringham Little Theatre can offer an experienced team of Box Office Staff used to booking for a variety of ticketed events.
We are open six days a week, 10.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Saturday and 9.30am - 9.30pm mid July to mid September. We accept most credit and debit cards. We are able to hold tickets on reservation allowing customers to come in and pay by cash or post a cheque.
Bookings can be made by telephone, fax, or in person. We are able to provide weekly reports detailing tickets sales and reservations.
Prior to your event we will provide a list of everybody who has booked and print off any unsold tickets, which can be sold on the door.
