Zivorad Nikolic and Milos Milivojevic

At the age of six Zivorad joined the Miloje Milojevic School of Music as a classical accordion player and was accepted as one of the most promising students. Zivorad was accepted by the National Conservatory of Music in Marseille, France. In his first year in Marseille he received d'unanimite' prize - Superior level award and was invited to play at Napoleon Palace in Marseille.

Serbian born accordionist Milos Milivojevic is a first prizewinner at International Competitions in Germany, France, Italy and Denmark. He was the winner of the RAM Club Prize at the Royal Academy of Music. He will be representing the Royal Academy of Music at the Wigmore Hall on the 24th of March 2008 at the The Derek Butler London Prize. This is Milos' second time performing at NNF.

Giovanni Guzzo and James Baillieu

Giovanni Guzzo has worked with prestigious musicians such as Sir Colin Davis, Maxim Vengerov, Sir Peter Maxwell Davies, the Maggini and Takacs Quartets, Hugo Wolf, Mats Lidstrom and Colin Carr. Giovanni has been awarded with numerous prizes such as the MBF Music Education Award 2004, Allcard Award from the Worshipful Company of Musicians, Gold medal at the Marlow Music Festival 2006.

James Baillieu has a similarly distinguished record: at the Royal Academy of Music he has won the Flora Nielsen, Ludmilla Andrews and Brenda Webb accompanist prizes. The Franck Sonata has a complex relationship between the violin & piano and Strauss wrote this Sonata for his wife. NNF are excited to have Guzzo and Baillieu back again at the Norfolk & Norwich Festival.
