presented by Magic Carpet Theatre Company The popular Magic Carpet Theatre Company who gave us ‘The Wizard of Castle Magic’ and ‘Magic Circus’ return to Sheringham with a VICTORIAN MAGICAL MELODRAMA FOR 5 - 11 YEAR OLDS AND THEIR FAMILIES.
Mr Shell’s end-of-the-pier show is about to be inspected by the ‘orrible Council Inspector. Will heroine, Wendy Weir, save the Pier? Does Mr Shell find his Box of Tricks and remember the Seaside Spell? Can Charlie the caretaker fight off the giant Octopus? Will the Magic Meter explode? This new hilarious hit-show draws on the traditions of Victorian “Hiss and Boo” Melodrama, Punch and Judy, conjuring, illusion and slapstick.
There’s loads of audience participation in this colourful, exciting production and of course, a gloriously happy ending.
