14/07/10 Information For Persons Attending The Hearings July/August


The website examination library has been updated and the majority of further statements are now available for download. All further statements have been logged under Section J and can be viewed using the link below:

Authors of the further statements are asked to check the examination library to ensure that their submissions have been allocated as they wished. If not, please inform the Programme Officer, Hayley Cawthorne (01263 516313) of any errors or omissions as soon as possible so that any amendments can be made.

A letter has been sent out to all attendees for the hearings informing them of the above. This letter can be viewed here.

The programme has now been divided into individual hearing days (see below). The programme document also includes the attendance list and the Inspector's agenda for the day:


Day 1: 20th July General Matters 1

Day 2: 21st July General Matters 2

Day 3: 22nd July Cromer Allocations

Day 4: 27th July Sheringham & Holt Allocations

Day 5: 28th July Fakenham, Wells & Hoveton Allocations

Day 6: 29th July North Walsham & Stalham Allocations

Day 7: 30th July Service Villages: Aldborough, Blakeney, Briston & Melton Constable, Corpusty & Saxthorpe, Little Snoring, Roughton, Walsingham, Weybourne



Day 8: 4th August Service Villages: Bacton, Catfield, Happisburgh, Horning, Ludham, Mundesley, Overstrand and Southrepps

Day 9: 5th August Single Policy Review: Conversion and Re-use of Rural Buildings as Dwellings


If you would like to attend any of the remaining hearings as a spectator please contact the Programme Officer to let her know which day(s) you wish to sit in the public gallery. This is to ensure enough seating space is allocated on the day.
