29/06/2010 - Further Statements for the Examination Hearings

The Inspector has set Wednesday 30th June, 5pm as the deadline for submission of any further statements in response to his matters and issues.

For those representors wishing to submit further statements, please note the Programme Officer requires 5 hard copies as well as an electronic copy.

The further statements will be added to the Councils Examination Library.

Each attendee will receive details of the further statements which have been submitted specific to which day(s) of the hearings they are attending. It will then be the responsibility of the individual attendees to make copies from the programme officers examination libary, or to download and print from the online library.
