27/04/2010 Pre Hearing Meeting

A Pre-Hearing Meeting (PHM) will be held on Tuesday 8th June 2010 to discuss the management of the Examination of the Site Specific Proposals, and Single Policy: Conversion & Re-Use of Rural Buildings as Dwellings, Development Plan Documents.

The meeting will take place at 10:00am, in the Council Chamber, North Norfolk District Council Offices, Holt Road, Cromer, NR27 9EN.

Anyone with an interest in attending the PHM should notify the Programme Officer. All those who made representations should have received a letter at the end of April, with a reply slip to confirm your attendance at the Pre-Hearing Meeting. A second letter was sent out on the 27th May to all representors confirming details for the Pre-Hearing Meeting. This letter includes the Agenda for the PHM, a map to the NNDC offices, PINS guidance notes as well as the Inspector's Guidance Notes. Each of these can be downloaded below:

The Draft Hearing Programme as well as the Inspector's Matters and Issues, will be given out at the PHM.
