18/03/2010 - Inspector Appointed to Examine Draft Policy Documents

On 18 March 2010 the Council received notification that Paul Dobsen has been appointed to conduct an examination of the Site Specific Proposals Draft Plan and the Draft Policy for the Conversion & Re-use of Rural Buildings as Dwellings. The Inspector will decide the general programme for the examination at a preliminary meeting in May (date to be confirmed), with examination hearing sessions likely to take place at the District Council offices in Cromer in July.

Hayley Cawthorne has been appointed as Programme Officer for the Examination. The Programme Officer role is to support the Inspector with the administration of the exam process and to act as liason between the Council and Inspector.
