18/01/10 - Minor Modifications to Development Sites Draft Plan are Published
Schedule of Minor Modifications (Draft)
North Norfolk District Council considers the Site Specific Proposals Draft Plan to be sound, but recognises that some changes could be made to address a number of issues raised during the consultation. Planning guidance sets out different possible types of changes including those which are limited to factual corrections, updates, points of clarification or minor changes ('Minor Modifications'), and those which go beyond this and alter a limited part of the Plan ('Focused' or 'Key Changes').
A Schedule of Key Changes was published for consultation from 5 January to 16 February 2010. In addition, the Council is also requesting that a Schedule of Minor Modifications is considered by the appointed Inspector during the examination of the Draft Plan.
The document below contains a limited number of Minor Modifications to the Draft Plan that the Council would like the Inspector to consider during the examination. The modifications are presented in the same order as the sections of the Site Specific Proposals Draft Plan which should be read in conjunction with this document.
The Schedule of Minor Modifications is a request from the Council to the Inspector appointed to examine the Draft Plan. It is a matter for the Inspector to determine if any of the requested modifications will be incorporated within the Draft Plan.
Please note: North Norfolk District Council is not seeking or accepting comments on any of the proposed modifications contained within this document.
