20/11/09 - Comments on the Conversion & Re-use of Rural Buildings as Dwellings Draft Policy

Consultation Document

Many thanks to all those who took part in the consultation on the Conversion & Re-use of Rural Buildings as Dwellings Draft Policy during October and November. 82 comments were received and the Planning Policy team are busy considering all them all. All comments have been entered onto the on-line consultation system and are available to view, see: http://consult.north-norfolk.gov.uk/portal

Conversion & Re-use of Rural Buildings as Dwellings Draft Policy - Report of Representations (2 October to 13 November 2009)

What happens next?
Summaries of all comments, and the officers response, will be reported to the LDF Working Party meeting on 14 December 2009. The Council will consider these comments and may request that changes are made before submitting the Draft Policy for independent examination.

It is intended to submit the Draft Policy for examination in spring 2010. Copies of all representations received will be provided to the Inspector appointed to examine the Policy, along with a summary of the main issues raised.
