17/12/08 - Council Adopts Local Development Scheme (Fourth Revision)

Adopted Local Development Scheme

The Local Development Scheme (LDS) sets out North Norfolk District Council's programme for the preparation of documents under the new plan-making system. The LDS is a public statement of what we are proposing to do and when, and at what stage individuals and groups can be involved in the plan-making process.

The Fourth Revision of this document was considered and formally adopted by the Full Council committee on 17 December 2008. This revision incorporates changes required as a result of the release of new planning regulations (2008) and slippage of the Site Specific Proposals DPD.
