Site Specific Proposals
The Site Specific Proposals Draft Plan was formally submitted to the Secretary of State on 5 March 2010. An independent Planning Inspector will now be appointed by the Planning Inspectorate to conduct an Examination to decide whether the plan can be adopted for use by the Council.
At Submission, the following documents were sent to the Inspector:
Schedule of Key Changes / Schedule of Minor Modifications (Draft)
The Council has produced two supplementary documents containing minor and key changes that the Council would like included in the final Site Allocations Plan. These suggested amendments take into account comments received during the Draft Plan consultation in June/July 2009. These documents have been forwarded to the Inspector and it is for him/her to decide which changes can or cannot be made.
All representations submitted during the consultation have been provided to the Inspector for his or her consideration (including the consultation on Key Changes).
Summary of Main Issues
This is the District Council's own summary of the main issues raised by consultees regarding the soundness of the Site Specific Proposals Draft Plan. The full representations should be viewed for a complete understanding of all issues raised.
