Site AllocationsThe Site Allocations document identifies individual sites for specific uses to deliver objectives and policies in the Core Strategy. Sites have been identified for development based on a range of planning criteria.
Site Allocations
The Site Allocations Development Plan Document identifes which sites should be developed in order to achieve the aims of the Core Strategy. It includes allocated sites for new housing, employment, retail and other development, together with other uses of land such as parks and open space. The Site Allocations Development Plan Document was formallty adopted on 23 February 2011.
