Core Strategy (incorporating Development Control policies)

The Core Strategy looks at key issues such as what housing and other land uses should be planned for, the role of settlements, how we can protect the environment and reduce the impacts of climate change.

The Hearings

Thank you to all who have attended over the past four weeks. The Inspector will now commence writing his final report and it is anticipated that this will be published by mid-June. Attendance at Sessions:
Please note that only representors who lodged an 'unsound' representation against the Core Strategy (Submission Document) have the right to speak at Examination sessions. However, all sessions are open to the public to observe. Please confirm with the Programme Officer which session(s) you will be attending.

Please detail which session(s) you wish to attend/ be removed from (refer to am and pm separately), give your representor number and, if acting as an agent, specify the name of your client. It is important that the Programme Officer is aware if you intend to attend as there is likely be documentation she will need to send to you before the session.
