Supplementary Planning Documents will expand on policies and provide detailed supporting information on certain subjects. These can be prepared as required.
Development Briefs
The Site Allocations Plan allocates several sites for new development. Of these, a number of sites require the preparation of a development brief to provide more detailed requirements regarding layout, open space, developer contributions and access arrangements. The sites which require the preparation of a development brief are:
- Land North of Rudham Stile Lane (Fakenham) IN PROGRESS
- Land at Heath Farm / Hempstead Road (Holt) NOT STARTED
- Land at Norwich Road / Nursery Drive (North Walsham) IN PROGRESS
- Land Adjacent to Church Farm, Ingham Road (Stalham) NOT STARTED
