Supplementary Planning Documents will expand on policies and provide detailed supporting information. These can be prepared as required.
Development Briefs
The Site Specific Proposals document will allocate several sites for new development and a number of development briefs will be prepared in order to provide more detailed requirements regarding layout, open space, developer contributions and access arrangements.
These briefs will be prepared during 2008 and 2009.
