Knapton Ladies Club

We would like to introduce you to Knapton Ladies Club. We meet on the third Monday of the month in the village hall at 7.30pm. For eight months of the year we are lucky enough to have a varied programme of speakers. In 2007, topics include a visit from Maggie Secker, who is a well known broadcaster on Radio Norfolk, Debbie Thompson who will tell us about Sheringham Little Theatre and a still life talk on The Norwich Riverside to name but a few.

We have a raffle each month, we also have a bring and buy table every other month. We are a non profit making club but we like to support local charities.

In July each year we have a Summer Supper which is held at present in a member of the committee's garden. This is always a scrumptious affair.

There are outings throughout the year, some of which include guests. We are hoping to make our first outing for 2007 to the Time and Tide Museum in Great Yarmouth. This is well worth a visit, one which would interest the men folk

Knapton Ladies Club is not confined to Knapton and we welcome women of all ages. We have members from Mundesley, Paston, Trunch and North Walsham.
