Search for Planning Applications
The data:
You can view details of planning applications from 1974 on, scanned decision notices from 1999, and plans and accompanying documents for applications registered from 1st August 2005.
Application Quick Search:
Searching by Application Number you don't need to put in the full reference.
- For the new style reference, use YY/nnnn e.g. 09/1234 (A new reference has been applied to all applications.)
- For the old style reference, use YYYYnnnn e.g. 20051234 but note this will only find application records registered up to the 28th October 2009.
Search by Address:
This works best with a partial address like 'High Street, Holt'. A Postcode search will not always bring up all applications for that postcode, as some applications were made without postcode information.
Use the More Search Options at the bottom of the page if you want to search on a combination of Parish, Location or date range.
Results:

Delegated - Decision will be made by a Planning Officer.

For applications received before the 29th October 2009 the summary of responses numbers will usually be zero, even though you can see the names of interested parties who have responded. (We could not extract this information from our old system).
