Racial Equality

North Norfolk District Council has published a Race Equality Scheme which provides an outline of the Council's duties under the Race Relations Act; maps our current position; states our race equality aims; how we will implement our duties; provides more detail on specific actions; and includes an action plan showing timescales and responsibilities.

The Council undertakes ethnic monitoring in accordance with the provisions of the Race Relations Amendment Act 2000 and the CRE guidance. However, data will not be made public where to do so could lead to the idendification of individuals.
