At the last Greenbuild, we asked visitors what they would be doing this year to go ‘green’. Some of the responses can be found below:
- At school we’re going ‘10:10’
- My next car will be eco-friendly smart convertible
- Grow even more vegetables
- I will make a bug house
- Walk not drive
- Build an eco-house
- I will try to buy food that doesn’t have any packaging
- I will walk or bike instead of using the car wherever possible
- I will turn off my TV plug not leave it on standby
- Recycle more and buy from farmshops
- I will turn the lights off when I leave the room
- My next car will be a smart convertible
- Replace all our existing lightbulbs in our house with low-energy lightbulbs.
- I will car-share to work at least 1 day a week
- Turn the computer off instead of leaving it on
- Not waste food
- I will make sure I don’t leave my tv on standby
