Drainage and Sewerage

If you have a problem with drainage from a sewer, cesspool, or pipe, then North Norfolk District Council Officers are able to trace the source of the problem and help to rectify it. If you have an occasional flooding problem caused by excessive heavy rain, please contact Environmental Health. For more information please phone 01263 516189 or 516301.

However, North Norfolk District Council does not own the drains and drainage in itself is not a council function, so if you need to find out about getting your cesspool onto mains drainage or have other related issues, you will need to contact Anglian Water on 08457 145 145. Blocked Drains

If you need to report a blocked drain, this is a Highways problem which is dealt with via Norfolk County Council.
