Contact North Norfolk District Council about rubbish collections

If you need to contact NNDC about the new rubbish, recycling and garden waste collections please use the following telephone numbers:
- For enquiries about the Twin Bins rubbish and recycling service call our Customer Services Team on 01263 516189/516301. Alternatively please e-mail: cleansing@north-norfolk.gov.uk
- For enquiries about the Garden Bin service call 01263 516301. Alternatively please e-mail: gardenwaste@north-norfolk.gov.uk
Telephone lines are open between 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8:30am and 4:30pm on Fridays.
Before you contact the Council, please check through the Garden Bins and Twin Bins pages - it might save you a telephone call.
