Domestic and Commercial Fires

If you have a problem with domestic bonfires, dark smoke from commercial or trade premises, or any other smoke nuisances contact North Norfolk District Council's Environmental Protection Team. Tel: 01263 516085.

Fire Service

The fire service is provided by the County Council. You can visit their website at http://www.norfolkfireservice.gov.uk/.

Always dial 999 in the event of an emergency.

Odour/Air Complaints

Complaints regarding air pollution (e.g. chemical odours from factories, etc.) are dealt with by North Norfolk District Council's Pollution Control Team. Tel: 01263 516085.
