Interested in the Catholic Church?
The Catholic Church has stood the test of time. This is a source of wonder to many people. In spite of many a crisis, the Church has stood firm over the centuries welcoming all who wish to find faith and a sure guide through the maze of life. If you are interested in finding out more about the Catholic Church and its teaching, we warmly invite you to speak to Fr. Denys Lloyd. Even if you have no intention of becoming a Catholic, you may find it useful and interesting to find out more about the Church.
You would be very welcome to come to Mass to experience Catholic worship. Both the Sunday morning Masses at 9.00 am (Cromer) and 10.30 (Sheringham) have music, and you will find it easy to slip into the crowd without any fuss. We try to make everyone feel welcome, and part of the great family of God's children. Please note that many of the parishioners were formerly members of other churches, or no church at all, and will be highly sympathetic. There have been many jokes about Catholics, standing/kneeling/sitting, but many are too faril to do anything other than sit. Ladies do not have to wear hats, but we would be obliged if males would remove their hats or hoods. As this is a holiday area dress is informal, but please not excessively so...
