Pesto, Pasta and Cromer Crab

Pesto, Pasta and Cromer Crab
Serves 4
500g Cromer Crab meat
300g Pasta shells
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
2 tbsp pesto
5g grated fresh parmesan cheese
Cook pasta shells, drain well.
Stir crab meat with lemon juice and zest.
Add pesto, and stir until heated through.
Serve with the parmesan cheese.
