Cromer Crab Cocktail

Cromer Crab Cocktail
225-275g Cromer Crab meat
Half cucumber, diced
Paprika
Sauce:
2 heaped tbsps of mayonnaise
2 heaped tbsps of ketchup
2 dashes lemon juice and Worcester sauce
3 dashes of dry sherry
Garnish:
4 lemon slices and slices of thin brown bread and butter
Mix all the sauce items
Put diced cucumber into cocktail glasses
Add crab meat
Pour sauce onto mixture
Sprinkle paprika on top
Decorate side of glass with lemon slice
Serve with bread and butter
