Council Tax and Business Rates Collection

In order to provide the best possible services to the community, Councils must ensure that they minimise losses in revenue caused by non-payment of Council Tax and Non-domestic Rates (Business Rates). For this reason Councils monitor their Collection Rate (the receipts as a percentage of the net collectable debit).

For Council Tax, North Norfolk District Council is in the top quartile for Norfolk and is enjoying it's best collection year for non domestic rates (Business Rates).
