    We're currently unable to set up a Direct Debit for you online. But you can download a form for setting up a Direct Debit, or call us to arrange it. Get details here.

  • I have problems paying

    If you are having problems paying your council tax bill, please talk to us about it - we might be able to arrange a different payment schedule, or advise you about ways your bill might be reduced, for instance through claiming council tax benefit.

  • Offer to pay form

    If you need to make different arrangements to pay your council tax, because you're finding it hard to meet your scheduled payments, please use the form here to make an offer to pay.

  • Independent Advice

    If you are having problems paying your council tax bill, or you have any other bills outstanding, you may wish to seek independent financial advice.
