Other District Councils in Norfolk
Norfolk has three ‘tiers’ of local government:
- Norfolk County Council runs county-wide services like education and social services
- district, city and borough councils run local services like waste collection, planning, housing and environmental health
- town and parish councils take care of grassroots activities like parks and allotments, while also representing their communities in things like planning applications and regeneration schemes.
