Financial Strategy

The Financial Strategy establishes the financial planning framework for the development of Service Business Plans and Service Budgets in line with the Council's vision and overall priorities. It provides a financial forecast for the General Fund, as well as the Council's Capital Programme, for the next 3 years.

The forecast makes assumptions on the amount of income from council tax and central government that is likely to be received over the 3 year period, as well as projecting future levels of expenditure after taking account of known commitments and inflation.

For further information about the Financial Strategy, please use the contact details below for the Strategic Director - Resources.
