Beach Events 2011

Thursday 29th October. 		Geological beach walk with Martin Warren at West Runton beach Join a geological beach walk and let your imagination rip as we journey back in time. Suitable for everyone over 7.
Please wear boots and dress for all weathers (rain, wind or shine).
All walks begin at 1.30pm from the beach car park. Finish at 4.00pm, so bring some refreshments. 		Tickets cost £3 on the day or book via Cromer Museum.

Wednesday 3rd August
2pm to 3.30pm 		Cromer East beach, near fishing boats A life on the ocean wave Learn all about the life of a sea fisherman.
What lives in the sea?
Mending lobster pots and crab nets.
Make a mini fishing boat. 		£2.00 per child
Tuesday 30th August
10.30am to 12pm 		Mundesley beach Kite and phachute making Also, what makes the weather? Rangers will be wearing green shirts. £2 per child
Summer months Donkey Rides Cromer Carriages wil be operating donkeys on Cromer East beach Children must be under 16 years old and under 8 stone in weight.

Please Note
  • Whilst every effort is made to keep to these dates and times, NNDC reserves the right to cancel or change any event at short notice. 
  • For ALL events children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 
  • Rangers will be wearing dark green shirts 
  • Please dress accordingly and wear sunscreen.
  • Please note there will be a charge for parking. 
  • Please wear shoes, wellies that have a grip, suitable for walking on beaches.
  • Dogs are not permitted in the blue flag areas on the beach.
