Annual Equality Report
North Norfolk District Council† publishes an Annual Equality Report, which provides information about what the Council is doing to improve the accessibility of council services, improve community cohesion and bring together people from different backgrounds, increase awareness and understanding of diversity and equality issues across the council and the community as a whole and ensures that the Council is a fair and supportive employer.
It is helpful to understand the demography of North Norfolk.
The Equality Act 2010 requires the Council to deliver the three aims of public sector duty.
The development of the Councilís equality objectives has been integrated within our usual business planning cycle through the production of our corporate plan for 2012-2015.
