St Margaret's Church, Thorpe Market
St Margaret's Church has recently acquired brand new state of the art staging. The building is now much used as a community venue for music and art activities whilst remaining an active village church on Sundays. Comprehensively equipped, wheelchair accessible and with off-road parking, the wish is to make this facility widely available for appropriate events to groups and individuals in the area.

It is used on Thursday and Friday evenings as a rehearsal studio for Cantamus Community Choir and Village Folk Scratch Band, but could be available on other evenings. Full details of the church, its facilities and future events may be found at http://www.thorpemarket.org.uk/

There are 2 new facilities available for hire in North Norfolk funded by the Space for Sport and Arts programme. The facilities are at Happisburgh Primary and Little Snoring Primary Schools.

Happisburgh Space for Sport and Arts
Happisburgh Primary School has a brand new Community hall that is available for hire. The hall itself is 124.5sq metres with a wooden sprung sports floor, which is suitable for a variety of sports, as well as dance and drama activities.

The hall has a community storage room as well as two large changing facilities equipped with showers and lockers. There are separate changing and shower facilities for disabled users and all areas of the space are accessible by wheelchair users. Many activities are possible here and the hall has previously been used for Badminton, 5 a side football, Capoeira as well as for music and dance activity days.

Little Snoring Space for Sport and Arts
Little Snoring's new facility consists of a brand new hall with wooden sprung floor, 2 sets of changing rooms and toilets all with disabled access. The hall itself has brand new kitchen facilities and storage facilities off it as well as having an access door leading to a secure playing area outside.

Many activities are possible in the hall such as Karate, Dance, Keep Fit, Drama and Music. There is a foyer, which leads on to the main hall that is available for use when hiring the facility. It has previously been used for activities like percussion music sessions or table tennis, and run alongside different activities happening in the main hall.
